Work undertaken

This project was built on the plot of a former 1960’s bungalow.

This project was a fantastic project for the Canterwood team to work on.

Canterwood upgraded this energy-efficient home with a SIPS timber panel system, an advanced method of construction and delivers excellent structural and thermal characteristics in one system.

The building was then clad in Canadian cedar, providing a durable and energy-efficient structure. The client requested a Lutron lighting system, allowing them to adjust the lighting to their taste and create ambience for every room in the house.

We also installed various eco-conscious features, including a rainwater harvesting system and a ground source heat pump. We fitted solar panels to the sedum roof, which finished off a warm, energy-efficient family home.
