Canterwood upgraded this energy efficient home with a SIPS timber panel system which is an advanced method of construction and delivers excellent structural and thermal characteristics in one system.

The building was then cladded in Canadian cedar, providing a durable and energy efficient structure. This project was fantastic to work on, the client requested a Lutron lighting system, allowing them to adjust the lighting to their taste, creating ambience for every room in the house.

We also installed various eco-conscious features such as a rainwater harvesting system and a ground source heat pump. We fitted solar panels to the sedum roof which finished off a warm, energy efficient family home.
