Evesham Road North, Reigate

This charming Evesham Road project involved a substantial ground floor extension alongside full ground and first floor renovations. The existing small kitchen and WC were demolished, with the space opened up into the original dining room to create a much larger, brighter open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area. Large glazing units and two rooflights were installed to bring natural light deep into the new living space.

The ground floor was further improved with a new pantry and bespoke kitchen, manufactured and installed by our own joinery team. The glazing package included high-quality softwood timber windows and sliding sash units from Bereco, helping to retain a traditional feel while improving the performance and finish of the home.

Upstairs, we refurbished the family bathroom and created a new en suite for the master bedroom, followed by decoration through the hallway and stairwell. Externally, the project was completed with a limestone herringbone patio, creating a smart and practical connection between the new extension and the garden.
