Carl is our Head of Operations and Co-Founding Partner. Fair and level headed, with over 20 years of experience in residential construction and a house-building award under his belt, Carl has a comprehensive understanding of what goes into the making of a beautiful home. Carl keeps an overview of the business and applies a pragmatic and considered style to the decision making process.

With his infectious energy and smile Co-Founding Partner Damian (or Damo as we all know him) leads up our team as a skilled project manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, managing projects of all sizes. An award-winning house builder, Damian is comfortable overseeing small residential extensions through to multi-million pound new builds and conversions. His warm personality and cool head make him a pleasure to work with.

Keeping the team in good spirits with his friendly personality, Marcin is our Joinery manager, he oversees our Polish joinery facility and regularly commutes to and from the UK to conduct site inspections and oversee our UK installations. A carpenter joiner by trade, Marcin grew up in and around his family workshop. It was during those early years that Marcin learned the values of hard work, accountability and attention to detail.

Adam is an exceptional Site Manager who plays a key role in ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety standards. With 20 years of construction experience, he brings a wealth of expertise and a keen eye for great design to Canterwood. Originally a Bricklayer by trade, Adam has transitioned into specialising in team management, groundworks, superstructure, and external finishes. Adam takes pride in working on bespoke, high-end residential construction projects and consistently delivers results that leave clients thoroughly satisfied.

Heading up our Electrical division, Dan is an organised clear thinker who has a thorough understanding of modern and historical electrical installations. He has a calm and considered approach to his work and his understanding of how lighting and power integrate into a new space is invaluable to our clients.

Known for his impeccable attention to detail, Kris is a qualified plumber and gas engineer. He has a thorough understanding of the plumbing and electrical systems that allow a building to run in an efficient user-friendly manner. Kris designs, installs and oversees our plumbing installations. His knowledge of electrical systems allows him to work alongside our electricians to create homes tailored to our client's requirements. Kris’ time spent in the military shines through in his thorough and organised approach to work.

Spreading the word and building our brand, along with crunching some numbers, Georgina works in our office. Originally from London, Georgina now lives the country life in West Sussex. Her previous roles have included 5-star hospitality on private jets, sales & marketing within the publishing sector and an extensive career in HR and Finance. Her passion for property development, natural creativity and effervescent personality means she's a very positive influence on the business.

Ginge is a great chap to work with, he has a neat and methodical approach. Skilled in many aspects on the building trades, he is quick to pick up new things and adapt to the situation. Always happy to help and get stuck in, he is very valuable to have on site.

Dan is a multi-skilled Bricklayer with over 15 years of experience in construction, masonry, and hard landscaping. Since joining Canterwood just over a year ago, he has made a significant and positive impact on the team. Dan’s exceptional industry knowledge and unwavering commitment to delivering projects of the highest standard set him apart. He finds great fulfilment in unveiling completed projects to clients, which serves as his motivation and drive in his day-to-day work.

Gee is a hard-working Labourer who has over 10 years’ experience in the building trade. He has an excellent work ethic and is a joy to have around on site. Gee is the motivator on site and always has a smile on his face, he also excels in keeping all our sites super tidy. He has been with Canterwood for nearly 2 years and is a valuable member of the team.

Rob brings over 30 years of experience in the building trade and is a highly versatile member of the team. He has a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and is always ready to tackle a wide range of tasks on site. He excels in groundworks and demolition, making him an invaluable asset on any Canterwood project.

Daniel is a motivated and enthusiastic team member who brings a positive attitude to every task. Although new to the residential construction industry, he has been with Canterwood for six months and has already shown a strong willingness to learn and grow. His proactive approach and eagerness to develop his skills makes him a promising addition to the team.

Gareth is a hardworking and reliable member of the team, currently building his experience in the residential construction industry through his role at Canterwood. With a strong work ethic and a consistently positive attitude, he quickly proves himself as a dependable team player. His enthusiasm and willingness to get stuck in make him a great asset to have on site and a pleasure to work alongside.

Marcin is a dedicated and dependable member of the team, known for his positive attitude and strong presence on site. Over the past two years, he has proven himself as a adaptable all-rounder with a strong foundation in multiple trades. He continues to grow his skills impressively in both carpentry and structural work, showing a clear passion for honing his craft. Marcin’s proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and collaborative nature makes him a truly valued member of the team and a key contributor to project success.
