The Chase, Reigate

We worked with Elena Draganova who was the architect for this project, producing some brilliant drawings for this grand renovation and was a safe pair of hands throughout this project. Starting on the project in Winter 2022, we completed this project in two phases. The first phase was to complete the downstairs area including a large extension, garden and internal remodel.

In Spring 2025 we begun phase two of the project, the upstairs area. Boasting 5 bedrooms, our client was looking for a total refresh and Emma Merry didn’t disappoint when it came to all things interior design. She introduced a warm and welcoming feel to what is a busy family home both upstairs and downstairs.

The client opted for a bespoke Canterwood joinery package which Marcin and the Canterwood joinery team supplied bespoke units for the kitchen, handcrafted in our own workshop in Poland. Transforming five bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen diner and a utility room this project was subject to a full house renovation, and it is looking stunning.

The client team were attentive and engaged during this challenging and exciting build and the whole Canterwood team thoroughly enjoyed working on this magnificent project!
