We completed this large project in two phases so that the client could secure funding in two packages. First, we renovated the first floor and then there was a small break before starting works on the ground floor. Working closely with Reigate based Campbell & Co Architects, this commanding property was transformed with a spectacular ground floor extension and thorough internal renovation. The impressive bespoke kitchen, utility and joinery package was produced by Marcin and the team at our workshop facility in Poland. Nathan Kingsbury added his design flair to the welcoming colour palette. Going forward the client team were keen for a warm and efficient home with low running costs, we achieved this with the installation of a solar array and air source heat pump. All in all, this was a thoroughly enjoyable project which Canterwood were proud to deliver.
