A complete internal transformation. A small two bedroom bungalow in the popular town of Haywards Heath was transformed into a super, 3/4 bed family home. The project was a single story extension, creating an amazing kitchen/dining space with huge patio doors leading to a suntrap terrace. The lounge offered an open plan solution but with neat internal doors it became a cozy nook. Adding two good sized bedrooms in a loft conversion with dormer windows and a full sided bathroom, plus a modern shower room downstairs next to the other double bedroom. Off the lounge was a perfect luxury to modern day families offering an additional room; that became our clients music room but was a worthy 4th bedroom, study or playroom...
We did a full remodel of the front garden to create a driveway for 3 cars and building the raised terrace at the rear to enjoy the elevated position of this house.
