Blackstone Hill, Reigate

Blackstone Hill was a full roof off renovation of a substantial detached family home in Reigate. The ground floor was extended to the rear to create a generous open plan kitchen, living and dining space, supported by a pantry and large utility room. Additional ground floor spaces included a refitted snug, new games room and dedicated gym.

On the first floor, the layout was reconfigured to create three well-proportioned bedrooms, including a large en suite to the master bedroom and a second en suite to bedroom three, alongside a spacious new family bathroom. The second floor was transformed through a loft conversion, made possible by the new roof structure, adding two further bedrooms, a shower room and a large seating area with an impressive glazed gable end.

The house was also upgraded externally, with external insulation, a new rendered finish and a complete glazing package, including new windows, and large-format sliding doors. A full landscaping package completed the project, bringing together the renovated home and its outdoor spaces.
