The site which was previously home to an old bungalow, has undergone major transformation in recent weeks. Our team began with a full demolition of the existing structure, moving onto the groundwork which has now been successfully laid and foundations set. We’re officially underway with constructing a beautiful, modern family home.

Our clients purchased this plot over two years ago with dreams to build their forever home, but their path hasn’t been without its obstacles. One of the more unexpected delays came from some local badger activity, which understandably delayed the early phases of planning and preparation.

Fortunately, those issues are now behind them, and we’re excited to help turn their vision into a reality with a full home renovation. The site has a unique history, once an old quarry, the land carries a charm that will no doubt enhance the appeal of the finished home.

The final build will be a striking four-bedroom detached house, designed with both functionality and comfort in mind by the team at Robert Shreeve Associates. This home renovation will boast three bathrooms, three reception rooms, and a dedicated study. The floorplans also include a downstairs toilet, a utility room, and even a luxurious walk-in wardrobe.
