Job Role: Multi-Skilled Builder
Location: Kent, Sussex and Surrey
Salary: £40k - £50k per year

We are looking for an experienced multi-skilled Builder, to join our expanding property development and construction business. You will need to be able to carry out a wide range of carpentry and general construction activities, ensuring that the finished product meets the high-quality standards we expect. This role will be working in Kent, Sussex and Surrey.

We are a great team, with good staff morale and work on substantial residential and commercial renovations and new build projects. Being a growing business we have scope for development within the company, and most of the team have been with us for many years.

- A driving license and vehicle

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

- Produce a high-quality finish for all aspects of the building process including; first fix, second fix, roofing, flooring and carpentry
- Ensure that a high level of customer focus is maintained at all times
- Correctly follow instructions and interpret drawings
- Effectively communicate with Construction manager, colleagues, other trades and clients
- Making sure your site is tidy at the end of each day
