Back in Autumn 2024 we completed a full inside home renovation for our clients in East Horsley. This included five bedrooms, two ensuites, one family bathroom, one downstairs toilet, two offices, a snug and tv room, as well as a large utility room. Our clients needed some time to enjoy the space we had created for them and secure some funding for phase two, the garden.

We have begun works on a Cleveland white porcelain patio from Mandarin Stone with steps and retaining walls. Once finished this patio will be the perfect summer suntrap and fully kitted entertaining space to pair with an already gorgeous family home.

Mandarin Stone offer a wide selection of hard-wearing outdoor tiles, which creates a durable and functional space in your garden. The tiles are available in lots of different formats and finishes, from cobbles to flagstones. Working with a premium material will make for a beautiful outdoor space perfect for our client.

Our client’s grand garden will also feature external lighting and provisions installed for an outside kitchen. Outside kitchens have become popular, with many clients opting for this outdoor space which is great for hosting in the summer months. Kitted out with external lighting, this space will soon transform into a seamless blend of nature with functionality, perfect for relaxing evenings, entertaining guests, and alfresco dining.

The steelwork on this project was very complex, but our Canterwood team have handled this in their stride. A special thank you to Insa-rend for helping us out with this home improvement build, they will complete the rendering on this project.
